Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the rolex88 Platform at any time. Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

5.3 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to their MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. No foreign exchange fees are charged by rolex88 for MYR-denominated transactions; however, intermediary bank or e-wallet fees charged by the Player's payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility Conditions

A withdrawal request will only be processed where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The Player's account has completed KYC verification.

• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's verified real-money balance.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

Rolex88 targets the following processing timeframes for approved withdrawal requests:

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

Placing bets in excess of this cap while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each bet. Live casino table games (including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms. Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Failure to complete the applicable wagering requirement before the expiry date will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated pending winnings.

7.6 Bonus Abuse Policy

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers

Rolex88 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager at its absolute discretion without providing a reason. Wagers are only accepted when confirmed by the Platform — no verbal commitments, screenshots, or representations by third parties constitute an accepted wager unless confirmed by the Platform's electronic systems.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, rolex88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in respect of technical malfunction events.

8.3 Sports Betting Market Rules

8.4 Void Bets

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rolex88 Platform:

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.

13.1 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your rolex88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by Rolex88

13.3 Consequences of Termination for Cause

Where an account is closed by rolex88 for cause — including breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct — any balances, bonus funds, or pending winnings within the account may be forfeited in their entirety and will not be returned to the Player.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
